Welcome to AI Bible Talk ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

AI Bible Talk is an iOS app that allows users to communicate with an AI Alcoholics Anonymous Sponsor. The App offers both subscription-based services and in-app products.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and In-App Products

The App offers subscription-based services and in-app products. By purchasing a subscription or in-app product, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described in the App. All fees are non-refundable.

4.1 Subscriptions

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store.

4.2 In-App Products

All in-app products are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of AI Bible Talk or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Bible Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.

9. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms of Use and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
